• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our servers record standard information such as your browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
• Visit counts. We count visits to our pages — which pages are viewed, the website that sent you, and whether you’re on a phone or a computer — without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, answer your questions, and prepare quotes and options for you.
• To help you apply for coverage and to service your policy afterwards.
• To talk with you about joining our team, if you contacted us about careers.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as licensed insurance agents.

Calls, texts and emails

When you send us a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You’re never required to agree to this to buy anything. To stop texts, reply STOP; to stop calls or emails, just tell us and we’ll stop.

Who we share it with

• Insurance companies, when you choose to apply, so they can process your application.
• Service providers who help us run our business — for example website hosting, our database and our calendar — only as needed to provide their service to us.
• When required by law, such as to respond to a regulator or a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we’re working with you, and afterwards for as long as insurance record-keeping rules require.

How we protect it

Your information is stored with access limited to our licensed team, over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you through our contact page. Some records may need to be kept when the law requires it, and we’ll tell you if so.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
